Fill many new bookings in Excel. Do not enter Serial Number or Drive Link — the app creates both automatically.

Workflow: download template → fill one booking per row → upload here → preview → Create Bookings. Serial Number, Drive Link and Audit Trail are system fields and are intentionally excluded from the template. For NABL, every uploaded sample creates the normal NABL serial plus its paired 26N row, exactly like New Booking.

Reason / note

Flexible paste: one cell fills every selected cell; one pasted row repeats across every selected booking; an exact rows × columns block maps cell-for-cell. If the first pasted row matches the selected column headings, it is treated as a header and ignored. Serial Number, Drive Link and Audit Trail cannot be replaced. Daily safety: maximum 500 bulk-updated rows per approved device.

One save per booking: all chosen columns are changed together, written into one Audit Trail / Amendment entry, and sent to the Live Database once. Serial Number, Drive Link/Link and Audit Trail remain protected. In All Bookings, Bill Number/Bill Date aliases are mapped to the correct source sheet. Limits: 50 rows/action and 500 bulk-updated rows/device/day.

Add filters in any order. Different columns combine together; repeated values for the same column are treated as OR choices.

Every stored booking-data column is available (including Serial, dates, billing, client, sample, report, manager, amounts, payment and Drive-link fields). Action is not a data column. Values can be selected from suggestions or typed exactly. Repeat the same column to choose multiple customers/dates/statuses (Customer A OR Customer B). In a normal column filter, separate alternatives with ;. Date filters also accept a range such as 01-08-2026..31-08-2026. Use (Blank) for empty cells. These filters work together with Search and the normal per-column filters.Example: Client filter = ABC Foods; XYZ Foods · Booking Date = 01-08-2026..31-08-2026 After filtering, tick specific serials if Bulk Correct should affect only selected rows.

Correction / Amendment

Hostinger Live Database + Google Backup

Hostinger MySQL is the live shared database. Every changed, new, or deleted booking syncs as a protected delta. A separate Google Sheet keeps the same four booking tabs as a readable backup, while booking attachments stay in Google Drive. The Google backup Sheet is reference-only; edit bookings in this app, not in the backup Sheet.

The app works normally even without internet. Saved bookings/edits are kept locally and queued. When internet returns, queued changes are pushed automatically.

Automatic booking protection is active: Save pushes immediately; every open device performs a 10-second server safety check and auto-recovers missed new-booking sync/collisions.

Hostinger MySQL is authoritative: new bookings and later edited/saved records are delta-synced. Google Sheets receives the same four operational tabs only as a readable backup/reference copy. Google Drive stores the serial-wise booking attachments privately; staff use the in-app Attachments portal to list/upload files without Drive permission. Internal restore snapshots remain separate from the readable Google backup.
